The R66T Academy is delighted to announce a fantastic opportunity for cricketers across Europe and the UK to experience cricket in Netherlands at the VRA Cricket this August.
For cricket players located in close proximity to Netherlands, join us on a three-day Coaching Camp across 1st-3rd August 2023.
For cricket players located in the UK, you can become part of the R66T Academy Touring Squad which includes travel to Netherlands, the three day coaching camp [as above], all accomodation and travel back to the UK.

COACHING CAMP
THE R66T ACADEMY COACHING CAMP IN NETHERLANDS
The R66T Academy Coaching Camp will take place at VRA Cricket Ground, Amsterdam, Netherlands on 1st, 2nd and 3rd August 2023.
The Camp is aimed at both boy and girl players, aged 11-16 years old who are regular hardball cricketers from Netherlands and other countries in Europe.
The Camp will be delivered by experienced ECB qualified R66T Academy coaches who will provide technical training as well as two matches played on the Main Pitch at the VRA v a European mixed team and a Dutch Team.
The Camp will take place using turf wickets on the International standard ground at the VRA and the outdoor nets plus, the three lane indoor cricket centre.
€350 EUR / £305 GBP per person
The price includes a picnic lunch on each day, a R66T Academy cricket shirt and cap.

TOURING SQUAD
THE R66T ACADEMY TOURING SQUAD
Together with inspiresport, the R66T Academy are introducing an opportunity for cricket players located in the UK to experience cricket in the Netherlands as part of the R66T Academy Touring Squad.
The Touring Squad will take place 31st July - 4th August 2023 and is aimed at both boys and girls players, aged 11-16 years old who are regular hardball cricketers from the UK.
Players in the Touring Squad will travel from the UK to Netherlands, participate in the three day Coaching Camp [as above - picnic lunch included, three days of coaching and two matches played on the Main Pitch at the VRA v a European mixed team and a Dutch Team] and travel back to the UK. All accommodation, travel fees and luggage are included in the package as well as half-board meals. Players must bring their own full cricket kit.
All players will receive a R66T training shirt and a R66T Academy cap.
All players must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The adult package includes travel to and from Netherlands from the UK, all accommodation, travel fees, luggage and breakfast for each day.
There'll be opportunities to experience the sights of Amsterdam at your leisure.

TOURING SQUAD ITINERARY
Day 1 – 31st July 2023
Meet at location for coach pickup (TBC)
Board coach and transfer to Dover and check in for your ferry across to Calais
Arrive in Calais and continue your journey through Belgium to Amsterdam
Check into your accommodation for the next four nights
Have the rest of the day to settle in and explore
Day 2 – 1st August 2023
Breakfast at the hotel
Transfer to the home of Netherlands cricket, the VRA for Day 1 of the R66T Academy Coaching Camp. Picnic lunch is included. 10am – 3.30pm.
Return to your accommodation for the evening at leisure
Day 3 – 2nd August 2023
Breakfast at the hotel

T20 vs a Dutch Team on the Main Pitch at VRA
Return to your accommodation for the evening at leisure
Day 5 – 4th August 2023
Breakfast at your accommodation before you check out and transfer into central Amsterdam for the morning to explore
Board the coach and transfer back to Calais
Check in for the return ferry back to Dover
On arrival into Dover, disperse for home (Journey TBC)
